Correct SIZE will determine correct LENGTH.
Most women do not realize that for every inch a garment stretches out it will also stretch up.
So if your skirt or dress is too tight, it most likely will be too short also.
Before measuring your perfect fit please consider your wardrobe.
Do you tend to wear your skirts high waist-ed or do they ride low on your hips?
Be sure to measure from the part where you usually wear your skirts (high waist, center or low rise hip) to the part you desire coverage to extend to (your knee or below your knee). You may need help measuring this as you will need to be standing straight when you take the measurement. Any bending can alter your correct measurement.
This measurement will be the desired length of your extender.
Next, measure the widest part of your lower body. This can be your hips, thighs or backside. In order to get a proper fit you will want to measure the widest part.
This measurement will determine what extender size you select.
Use both these measurements to determine your best fit in length and size.
